Direct/Indirect management of 1-10 project managers and/or business system analysts, and indirect responsibility for other IT team members on a matrix basis, managing multi-disciplined and cross-functional project teams.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage one or more portfolios, identifying opportunities for value addition through successful execution, continuous process improvement, and re-engineering.
Take ownership and demonstrate leadership of assigned initiatives and projects, ensuring compliance with IT Governance processes.
Collaborate with the IT PMO & leadership team to maintain standard Governance, Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Direct Charge methodology.
Manage assigned projects and the project management team to achieve successful on-time execution of deliverables.
