IT Staff Test Engineering The IT Staff Test Engineering is responsible for establishing and leading the testing function within the IT organization. This role will design, implement, and mature a robust testing framework that ensures the quality, reliability, and performance of IT systems — including both off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom-developed applications. The Staff Test engineer will oversee a team of Test Engineers, drive test strategy, manage resource allocation, and ensure best practices in software and systems testing are consistently applied across the IT portfolio.
