Job Description

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Cabin Integrator to join our Customer Services organization based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

You will be part of the In‑Service Engineering Cabin team, responsible for developing cabin solutions for A220 customers.

Responsibilities

• Support A220 operators by providing solutions to their cabin‑related requests.
• Investigate recurring technical and quality issues reported regarding aircraft cabins.
• Monitor and review these issues together with our engineering department and suppliers to develop solutions and provide mitigation measures to operators.
• Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of reliability, quality, and cost.
• Investigate damage recurrence and propose long‑term solutions.
