Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall work scope and implementing and managing the standard, goals, policies, etc. of all entities in the total plan for the project or program and reviewing the representation of project scope in schedules
Lead schedule planning, developing and maintaining the progress measurement and earned value, schedule reporting, schedule basis, schedule change implementation, and the project Master schedule and plan to meet the project objectives
Prepare scheduling and planning procedures and work instructions and ensure that they are followed by the contractors and project team
Formulate and maintain the basis of schedule for each baseline schedule, and develop the baseline curves including progress and manpower
