Overview

We are seeking an Infra, DBA and interface expert to join our team of consultants in our Montreal office. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into both teams to address capacity gaps and respond to operational needs.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot application servers and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Utilize virtualization technologies (VMware) and work with cloud environments (Azure AD, Office 365).
• Support and work with Citrix environments, and participate in incident, problem, and change management following ITIL practices.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Document, standardize, and improve processes related to system operations and support.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders; adapt communication in both French and English.
