About the Role We’re building a pool of IT Support Specialists (L1–L2) for our Toronto-based team. This internal position supports our next‑generation AI products.
Responsibilities
Provide L1–L2 technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Document incidents and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when needed.
Assist with onboarding new users, account setups, and access permissions.
