As an Information Technologist (IT) Application Support, you will help support WCU by ensuring all banking systems and software are functioning optimally. You will manage and respond to application tickets, acting as the primary contact for issues related to banking systems intelligence and other enterprise-based software and applications. Reporting to the Technology Manager, you will provide accurate, hands-on support along with reporting, systems management, and ticketing solutions that inform both strategic and operational decisions.
