Overview We are seeking a Virtual Medical Director to lead clinical operations and telehealth services for a growing, mission-driven healthcare program. This role is primarily remote, with a strong focus on managing virtual care delivery across the organization, while maintaining an on-site presence at our Dallas clinic every other week.
The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership, oversee quality initiatives, and support a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, with an emphasis on HIV prevention and treatment, gender-affirming care, and services for LGBTQIA+ communities.
