JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to provide financial business partnering and strong controllership for the Mannheim factory, enabling in-year performance delivery, strategic site development, savings delivery, and operational excellence. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will provide fact-based insights, decision-making support, and financial leadership that help the site deliver its cost, waste, capex, transformation, and compliance agenda.

+ Deliver in-year financial performance for the Mannheim factory, including factory costs, waste, capex, forecasts, and annual business planning.
