As Industrial Engineering Coordinator you are responsible to lead the IE team to define the right methods to achieve the highest safety, quality & efficient process according to BRP standards. A continuous and proactively communication and collaboration is necessary to promote the proper involvement of stakeholders & key players as well as to keep informed to the leadership team and global functions.

This scope considers not only the current processes but also the process changes and new product/process implementations. A strategy of continuous improvement should be deployed through the team as well as the required problem solving projects to achieve the operational KPIs.
