About This Opportunity

  • Analyse existing processes and systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and optimise production layouts, manufacturing systems, production processes to boost output and reduce waste, and workflows.
  • Implementing process changes, new technologies, automation, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production operations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process inefficiencies.
  • Support the production department daily.
  • Improve, standardise and update working methods.
  • Conduct studies to determine the workload of personnel and plant equipment, if necessary, reorganise job tasks to maximise production efficiency.
  • Lead, manage, participate in continuous improvement activities and projects and oversee their implementation.
  • Play an active role in the continuous improvement projects (PVA, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen) and implement found solutions.
