As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the electrical systems that keep Oxford’s advanced manufacturing operations running smoothly. You will analyze system logs, troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, install and wire new industrial equipment, and assemble control panels to ensure operational excellence. This position requires collaboration across teams to quickly resolve issues and minimize downtime in a fast-paced, automated environment. The role follows a rotating shift schedule of two weeks on days and two weeks on nights, with every other weekend off.
