The Advisor I, Sales position is dedicated to assisting customers through inbound calls with the aim of selling basic products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction on the first contact. This role involves effectively processing customer orders and sales inquiries, providing essential product and service information, and delivering excellent customer service support. The primary goal is to resolve customer needs during the initial interaction, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
