Job Description

The Calibration Engineer is an individual contributor with recognized technical expertise, responsible for delivering calibration activities across the full vehicle development lifecycle, including requirements definition, calibration strategy development, implementation, validation, and issue resolution.

Hybrid: The position requires on‑site presence 3x per week. Travel expectations: approximately 30 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engine calibration plans, applying sound engineering judgment and technical expertise to achieve program objectives.
• Independently create, optimize, and validate calibration datasets to meet performance, emissions, drivability, durability, and regulatory targets.
