Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
Assist in supporting the legal and regulatory matters for all regions, including legal affairs and licensing, contract terms and compliance, etc.
Work closely with different departments and provide professional legal advices and recommendation towards the business direction
Draft and review various legal documents, critical commercial documents/contracts to ensure the compliance of relevant regulations as well as protect the interest and benefits of the Company
Provide hands-on support on critical licensing application and renewal issues, statutory returns, etc to fulfil the regulatory requirements
Conduct legal and regulatory researches when necessary
