Salary: $20.85 per hour. Overtime pay at 1.5 times employee’s regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends. (Monday – Friday) (30 hours per week).
Qualifications
Education: Secondary School plus CPR or First Aid
Language: English
Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities
Supervise & care for children before and after school.
Plan, prepare and serve meals; light housekeeping, laundry.
Oversee children’s activities such as meals, play time, and rest periods, as instructed by employer.
Get children ready for school, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
Instruct children in personal hygiene; tend to the emotional well‑being of children and support social development.
Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
