Job Summary

The In-Community Program Specialist supports the planning, direction, implementation, and supervision of Tim Hortons Foundation Camps Community Programs occurring at schools and community group spaces in their designated region. The role ensures participants enjoy a high‑quality program experience with long‑term impact by applying expertise in youth development, outdoor and experiential education, and program quality systems.

Work Location

Truro and Amherst, Nova Scotia. The position is remote from either Truro, Amherst, or the surrounding area, with daily travel required within the assigned geographic zone. Occasional travel to the Home Office in St.George, Ontario, may be needed.

Employment Type
