Job Description
Supervise and co‑coordinate activities of food service counter attendants and kitchen staff
Prepare shift schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations
Train staff in job duties, food safety procedures, and company policies
Ensure excellent customer service by handling guest concerns, resolving complaints, and supporting front‑line team members
Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to maintain high service standards
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
