Responsabilidades

• Fixed Asset Reconciliation and Control
• Collect information and perform reconciliations between Asset inventory control (Annex 24)
• Annexes required by IMMEX (e.g., Annex 24/Annex 31, if applicable) Verify additions, disposals, transfers, and internal movements of assets.
• Validate that all temporarily imported assets have supporting documentation: customs declarations, invoices, tariff classifications, and correct values.
• IMMEX Compliance
• Ensure assets related to the IMMEX program comply with permitted retention periods and appropriate types of regime.
• Keep the IMMEX asset database up to date with accurate information and electronic media. <...
