Barracuda Networks is seeking an Onboarding Engineer as a technical contributor bringing security software implementation, networking, and configuration expertise to Barracuda’s Customer Success Team. In addition to delivering advanced technical implementations, this individual will act as a technical escalation point within the Customer Success team, mentor peers, troubleshoot complex configurations, and share in developing best‑practice technical solutions.
What you’ll do
Deliver implementations and integrations for Barracuda security products.
Lead advanced and technically focused Professional Services and onboarding engagements for Barracuda’s security products and solutions.
Support the design and development of scalable experiences that accelerate time‑to‑value and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align activities with success metrics and product outcomes.
