IBP Lead SOCOPAC – Location: Bogotá (Hybrid)

Job Purpose

The IBP Manager in LATAM is responsible for demand planning and leadership of the S&O‑IBP process for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit, influencing the business unit leadership board in commercial and finance areas, and supporting the team to build collaborative forecasts.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's demand and supply planning strategy for the next 24 months.
• Manage IBP, import and export processes for group two, acting as a focal point for managing the business for export clients.
• Create a demand‑planning strategy based on financial information, market share, revenue, sales reports and commercial strategy.
• Collaborate transversally with marketing, sales, supply and regulatory areas.
• Ensure proper planning and implementation of the company's Integrated Business Planning in the SOCOPAC region.
