12+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Middleware and integration platforms, primarily IBM ACE / IIB / WMB and IBM MQ and Cp4i SaaS.
Proven experience managing Middleware projects and BAU operations, including complex integrations, platform upgrades, migrations, modernization initiatives, and continuous enhancements.
Strong understanding of integration architectures and patterns, including event‑driven, publish/subscribe, request–reply, and synchronous/asynchronous communication models.
