The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and stabilizing critical firm authentication and identity infrastructure, driving improvements in observability, automation, and issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level support for authentication and identity management systems (industry-standard and in-house tools)
• Debug issues across the entire technology stack
• Implement improvements for long-term system stability and observability
• Respond to alerts via on-call rotations (PagerDuty)
• Automate repetitive manual tasks through scripting and tooling
• Create operational tools to assist the support team
