Position: IAM Support Analyst – Ping Identity (OneUID Platform)��
Location: Fully remote, within Canada, working EST hours

Type: 6 months contract with possible extension
Hourly Rate: $45/h T4 max
About the Role:Our client is seeking a detail-oriented IAM Support Analyst with expertise in
Ping Identity (OneUID) to join their Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations team. You’ll monitor and manage a high-volume enterprise SSO platform, provide technical support, drive issue resolution, and assist with onboarding and configuration updates.
Key Responsibilities:��
Platform Operations & SupportMonitor and ensure health and performance of the OneUID SSO platform
Troubleshoot LDAP gateway and network issues, escalating to Ping Identity Support when necessary
Support PingID MFA, SSL renewals, and rollouts (e.g., Passwordless Authentication)
