This position is for an HVAC Technician who will work independently and as part of a team, performing predictive and preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency repairs on HVAC and facility equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
Conduct troubleshooting and repair of air makeup, exhaust, heating, humidifiers, air conditioning, and chilled water systems.
Work with outside vendors, engineers, and consultants on project-related or affecting HVAC systems.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions on the systems.
Perform inspections to identify potential problems before a full breakdown.
Respond to critical requests with urgency to return down equipment to service promptly.
Communicate the completion of all work performed.
