The HVAC Technical Support Advisor will have the responsibility of working with the technical services and product management teams to provide technical after‑sales service to HVAC‑R technicians and proactively help deliver training to customers and staff. This person will provide support to partners in Western Canada. This position is a hybrid role and can be based in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Ability to travel is a requirement of this position.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Provide local tech support assistance for our factory partner brands.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting of our HVAC&R equipment brands through phone, video conference, and when required travel to job sites.
• Help resolve technical issues processing the special labor and material claims between contractor, Master Group and the manufacturer partners.
• Facilitate start‑ups of HVAC and VRF equipment.
