Lead a group of technicians that provide equipment service, maintenance, and repairs for HVAC and mechanical equipment.
Provide guidance and support to other HVAC technicians while efficiently managing their own tasks.
Assist in solving equipment problems and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Provide technical assistance, training, development, motivation and leadership to the team.
Assist the Service Manager with project planning, scheduling, and prioritizing of contracts and extra work to ensure service is provided in a timely manner.
