Flying Dust First Nation Administration Department is seeking a professional, highly motivated, and dedicated individual to fill the position of the Human Resource Technician in the Administration Division. The HR Technician will report directly to the HR Manager and will support oversight of the HR function at FDFN, including recruitment and selection and supporting our organization's human resource policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and staffing activities for entry-level, professional, and technical positions, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, preparation of letters of offer, and employee orientation.
• Provide clerical and technical support for human resources functions.
• Prepare, type, and format HR-related forms, letters, reports, and memos.
