Under general direction, the HR Shared Services & Payroll Specialist is responsible for executing payroll operations for the United States and delivering HR shared services support across the employee lifecycle for the United States and Brazil. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintains HR data integrity, and provides high‑quality support to employees and managers. The position partners with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
