PX Operations Manager AMPAC to design and deliver modern PX processes from our hub in Mexico.
What you’ll do:
Lead and develop a regional PX team across Americas & Pacific Ensure seamless service delivery and employee experience Act as escalation point for operational excellence and service levels Identify service gaps and drive continuous improvement using data insights Collaborate globally to streamline processes and support digital adoption (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, etc.)
