The Human Resources Representative is responsible for supporting Citadel/Opla human resources initiatives and daily operations. This role serves as a support resource for recruitment, onboarding, employee support, HR data management, and special projects while also providing backup support for crew scheduling and flight coordination. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources department.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare HR documentation including employment letters, onboarding packages, policy acknowledgements, and internal communications.
