Job Description: We are looking for a Recruitment Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building strong talent pipelines for various roles within the organization.
Responsibilities: - Post job openings on job portals and social media - Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews - Schedule interviews with department managers - Source candidates through headhunting - Maintain candidate database - Track market salaries - Coordinate campus drives with colleges (Engineering, ITI, Polytechnic) - Work with agencies and consultants for hiring and job fairs
Requirements: - Graduate (HR or related field preferred) * 2–3 years automobile recruitment experience - Good communication skills - Basic knowledge of job portals and hiring - Male candidates only
