About This Opportunity

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
  • Verify attendance records, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related data.
  • Maintain and update payroll information in HR systems.
  • Prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR leadership.
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security contributions, and statutory requirements.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing support, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
  • Partner with local HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment timelines.
  • Conduct initial resume screening and support preliminary candidate assessments.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination.
