About This Opportunity

Act as a pivotal Human Resources Coordinator, managing recruiting, payroll, and employee documentation effectively. Collaborate closely with the HR Director to ensure smooth HR functions.
In this HR Coordinator position, you will support various HR activities, including full-cycle recruiting and maintaining compliance with Ontario’s employment standards. Your expertise in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite will support operational efficiency, while your communication skills will be essential in responding to employee inquiries confidentially.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes from posting to onboarding
• Assist with payroll and HR documentation updates
