Human Resources Mgmt 1:
**Human Resources Supervisor**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or similar.
(Master degree is a plus)
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources in a Management position.
- Knowledge of HR administration, compensations, recruitment, employee relations, and union relations.
- People and process management skills.
- Ensures compliance with the labor Code of conduct.
- Experience in a manufacturing / multinational company is preferred.
- Experience working as a coach for managerial staff to ensure that HR policies, programs, and procedures are met.
- Advanced English skills.
- Previous experience in Electronic Industry is a plus.
