Objective

To develop andretaina highly engaged workforce by executing and supporting all HR operations including implementation of strategic HR processes, systems and policies and ensuring related reporting requirements that support the strategic goals of the OFIFC. To provide HR support to the Friendship Centres.

• Successful implementation of Human Resources management practicesdemonstratedby employee experience metrics; and
• Strong contribution and managing HR projects where needed,demonstratedin continuous improvement of HR department’s efficiency.
• Effectively support the Friendship Centres within HR topics upon their request.
