The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting leadership, enhancing HR processes, ensuring legislative compliance, and helping scale the organization during a period of continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR function across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy administration
Support a multi-site workforce, including union and non-union populations
Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation, labour laws, and workplace safety requirements
Partner with operations leadership to drive employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management
Support workforce planning and hiring aligned with business growth and expansion
Manage employee relations matters including investigations, discipline, and workplace accommodations
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
