About This Opportunity

The Bilingual HR Manager (French/ English) is a strategic business partner responsible for leading human resources functions across multiple locations, with a focus on both English and French-speaking regions (primarily Ontario and Quebec).

What you should expect

  • Strategic Advising : Serve as a business partner to management staff on organizational effectiveness and talent management.
  • Employee Relations : Conduct investigations into discrimination or unfair employment practices and provide guidance on complex disciplinary matters.
  • Legal Compliance : Manage employment-related legal files and ensure HR policies align with provincial legislation across all locations.
  • Compensation & Benefits : Oversee the administration of annual salaried/hourly compensation reviews and benefit re-enrollment programs.
  • HRIS Management : Maintain employee data and generate management reports.
