Provide support to the Human Resources Operations team in executing administrative and operational processes that contribute to a positive and efficient employee experience. This role offers hands‑on exposure to key HR processes, including onboarding support, document management, HR systems updates, internal communications, reporting, and process follow‑up.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, employee file updates, system registrations, and coordination of onboarding logistics.
Maintain organized and up‑to‑date employee records, databases, and digital documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
Provide support for HR administrative processes, such as preparing employment letters, certifications, trackers, and responding to basic employee requests.
