**A Day in the Life** Key Responsibilities - Administer and analyze salary structures, compensation bands, and salary review processes. - Participate in compensation market studies and benchmarking analyses. - Support annual salary increase cycles, bonus programs, and incentive plans. - Ensure compliance with internal compensation policies and applicable labor regulations. - Partner with managers and business leaders on compensation decisions and job classification. - Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. - Provide support across other HR processes including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training initiatives.
