Lounsbury Company has an opening for a temporary Human Resources Generalist position.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist for a 12-month contract to support our Human Resources team. This role will focus primarily on full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, with additional responsibilities supporting HR administration and employee programs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and brings prior recruitment experience, with strong resume screening and candidate assessment skills.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including drafting job postings, posting on job boards, and monitoring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
