Title: Director of Human Resources
Location: GTA North (easy TTC & GO access)
Work Model: On-Site – 4 days in office / 1 day remote
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 base + bonus
Our client, a fast‑growing consumer products company in the beauty and personal care space with a portfolio of high‑performing brands, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to own and scale their people, payroll, and HR operations as the business continues to grow.
This is a senior, hands‑on role for an HR leader who brings both the strategic perspective of a people executive and the ability to execute independently. You will operate as the sole HR leader , partnering closely with the executive team and playing a key role in shaping culture, talent strategy, and HR infrastructure across a North American workforce.
