Assist with the new employee onboarding project and deliverables.
Assist in developing and executing HR procedures and policies in support of the broader HR People Strategy.
Provide administrative and logistics support to the Talent Management team, including event planning and attendance, scheduling meetings and calendar invitations, communicating agendas and documenting minutes, budgeting administration, arranging travel, and preparing new hire welcome kits.
Produce and submit reports as required on a variety of HR topics under the Talent Management umbrella.
