**Job Description**
Reporting to the District Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Specialist will provide support in the areas of Recruitment, Orientation and Onboarding, Employee/Labor Relations, Service Excellence, and Employee Engagement.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Respond to general queries regarding company policies, practices, programs, and processes relating to the employee experience.
+ Support the full cycle recruitment process by: including preparing job descriptions, job postings, developing interview questions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring hiring policies and procedures are followed.
+ Support front-line employee onboarding by: ensuring hiring documents are completed correctly, assisting with the planning and preparation of orientation, assisting with the planning and preparation of on-the-job training routines, and acting as the first point of contact for general queries from new emp...
