As a Human Resources Business Partner , you'll be a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator, helping shape a workplace where people thrive. You'll work closely with leaders and teams to align people strategies with business goals, foster a culture of inclusion and growth, and ensure seamless employee experience across the organization and the project you will be supporting. This role will be based in Vancouver, BC .

Your role

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize organizational capabilities, behaviors, and structures that support strategic goals.
• Provide HR and LR leadership, coaching and advice to support the Operational and project leadership teams on all people-related matters.
• Build strong, credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
