Act as a strategic HR business partner to business services teams in the Montreal and Quebec offices, and to practice groups.
Lead the HR team and oversee key activities and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, payroll, performance management, development, coaching, compensation reviews, leaves of absence, and departures.
Approve payroll activities for the Montreal office.
Work closely with office managing partners, the Legal Support Services Manager, and business services leaders.
Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations and program administration, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining well‑organized, up‑to‑date documentation and records.
Partner with leadership on the HR budgeting process to identify program needs; oversee departmental expense approvals and ensure adherence to budget.
