Partner with leadership to design and execute employee engagement programs that enhance organizational culture and experience.
Develop and execute wellness activities, including sourcing providers, managing budgets, and bringing innovative ideas that improve workplace climate and operational performance.
Conduct 1:1 check-ins with employees as needed, and promote initiatives to improve communication, recognition, and well-being.
Measure and report on the impact of wellness and engagement initiatives.
Support the design and execution of engagement programs, events, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Partner with HR leaders to promote a culture of belonging, recognition, and continuous feedback.
