Facilitate the talent acquisition of management/non‑management positions for Pioneer Co‑op.
Facilitate on‑boarding and integration for both team members and team leaders in new team member situations and with respect to talent‑management practices so roles and responsibilities are clearly understood.
Assist HR Manager, Managers and Supervisors in situations specific to the Collective Agreement/ Labour Law, including interpretation of the Collective Agreement, Employment Act and Pioneer Co‑op Policies.
Generate reports and provide interpretations for the HR Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
Coordinate and assist HR Manager and the Senior Leadership Team in all aspects of training, development and succession planning for Pioneer Co‑op.
