**Position overview:**
The essential purpose of the function is to support the delivery of HR services and provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees. The role is responsible for a broad range of HR administrative and operational activities, including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, employee lifecycle processes, training coordination and support for key people initiatives.
