This role focuses on developing Human Factors processes and methodologies for rail projects, ensuring effective project delivery. You will build strong relationships with technical teams to integrate Human Factors expertise, deliver expert support in usability and ergonomics, and expand service opportunities. A degree in Human Factors or a related field, along with a minimum of two years' experience, is essential to succeeding in this role.
